The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Administrator to provide essential support to our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a real estate background, perhaps a former salesperson, who enjoys the industry but prefers an office based position and has experience with the administrative side of the industry including legislative and operational requirements. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service our agency is known for, while also looking for further new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with current and past clients..
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage listing paperwork and sales contracts
- Coordinate open homes and occasional on-site auctions
- Maintain and manage our client database
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and legislative requirements
- Provide administrative support to the entire sales team
- Manage incoming and outgoing client communications, including phone calls
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- General office support and administration tasks
- Looking for listing opportunities, client outreach and pre to post sale relationships
Mandatory Requirements
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
- Over 18 years of age
- Previous real estate experience
- Proficiency with Vault, Pricefinder, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms
- Own mobile phone
- Confident and professional phone and email manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Real estate administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Real Estate Certificate or Licence (Required)
- Full Driver Licence (Required)
