We're Hiring: Exceptional Office Administrator (Part-Time / School Hours)

About the Role
Join our dynamic plumbing team as an experienced Office Administrator, working closely with our Admin Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Logging and tracking incoming jobs
- Reconciling transactions and processing bills
- Managing reimbursements and allocating job expenses
- Organising invoices for approval and handling data entry
- Supporting the management team and liaising with customers
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and job bookings
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with payroll and timesheet collation
- Monitoring email inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Preparing reports and documentation as needed
- Plus other general administrative duties as required
What we are looking for:
We are after someone who brings professionalism, energy and a great attitude to the role. Key requirements include:
Minimum 10 years experience in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
A proactive, can-do mindset with great attention to detail
Warm and professional customer service skills
Excellent written communication and email etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Aroflo and MYOB is a bonus (but not essential)
