About Us
Neurodiverse Playhouse is a vibrant, family-centred allied health playhouse dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children through play-based, neuroaffirming therapy. We work with children with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and developmental delays across Brisbane and Melbourne. As we expand, we’re seeking a confident and compassionate Administrator & Sales Support team member to be the welcoming face and organised backbone of our Brisbane clinic.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for families, helping them feel supported from the very beginning of their journey with us. This position balances frontline client support with behind-the-scenes admin and billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Host and manage discovery calls and Zooms, warmly guiding families through our services
*Ensure all sign-ups and service agreements are completed accurately and on time
*Manage invoicing, payments, and billing – including NDIS and private health insurance claims
*Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries from current and prospective clients
*Schedule appointments and maintain up-to-date clinician calendars
*Assist with social media content, basic marketing tasks, and event coordination
*Support the Director with advocacy projects, research, and communications and advocacy tasks
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong administration experience within an NDIS or allied health setting
✅ Understanding of NDIS service delivery, plan vs. self-managed funding, and private health billing
✅ Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, invoicing platforms (e.g. Xero, Halaxy, or similar)
✅ Friendly, empathetic communication style with excellent attention to detail
✅ Interest in neurodiversity, family-centred care, and inclusive practice
✅ Comfortable with social media and content creation (Canva or Meta experience a plus!)
