We are seeking a motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team and provide essential office support as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the management and operations team.
- Handling emails / enquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with preparing, formatting, and filing documents.
- Data entry into company systems (such as client records, timesheets, and compliance logs).
- Support in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site inspections.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new subcontractors (e.g., verifying ABNs, insurance compliance, training records).
- Help with preparing reports and presentations when required.
- Provide ad-hoc support to supervisors and management as needed.
Skills & Qualities
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of Year 12 (HSC) or equivalent.
- Previous office experience is desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interest in developing skills in business administration.
