About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join our team and take charge of administration and coordination across our company. You’ll play a key part in service continuity, workforce management, and supporting the people behind our care.
This position is based at our office in Yokine and suits an individual that can work independently and collaboratively. This is a part-time contract position 2 or 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise demands, escalate where required, anticipate needs and forward plan.
- Provide general office support including document preparation, filing and responding to customer and employee queries.
- Manage general email inbox and answering phones.
- Communicate with support staff, management, and families about changes.
- Use platforms such as Shiftcare and Xero to maintain up-to-date records.
- Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensure follow up is completed.
- Support after-hours rostering (on-call) as required.
- Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award and NDIS service delivery standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in office administration within NDIS, aged care, or community services.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
- A calm, solutions-focused, and collaborative approach when juggling competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel) with fast typing skills and experience using rostering software e.g. Shiftcare (desirable but not essential)
