ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of online retail media for Professional Products Divisions’ Brands across omni-channel retail clients.
- Spearhead online trade marketing and retail media for key accounts, including campaign and asset execution in collaboration with the Category & Activation Business Manager.
- Drive best practices for product and brand page implementation.
- Actively participate in retailer execution WIPs with client activation leads.
- Provide expert recommendations for annual and in-year budget allocation and ensure diligent tracking and monthly measurement of retail media budgets, including fair value assessments.
- Oversee the execution process for online retail media assets, product pages, and brand pages, collaborating closely with agencies, brands, and clients.
- Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines, industry best practices, and client requirements.
- Work with the Category Activation Business Manager and Brand teams to maximize online executions by integrating them with offline and media events, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel approach.
- In-depth knowledge of retail media channels and design with a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset grounded in data analysis to inform of future recommendations and decisions.
