The EdTech Group, including Junior Engineers and CyberPathways, is seeking a motivated and organised Operations & Customer Success Officer to support the coordination and delivery of innovative programs that inspire the next generation of tech leaders.

About the Role
In this position, you’ll play a key role in both operations and customer success—helping to ensure smooth F2F program delivery and excellent customer experiences across our national education offerings. You’ll assist with program logistics, resource coordination, instructor support, and customer engagement with schools, parents, and students.
Key Responsibilities
Operations:
- Schedule and coordinate programs, venues, instructors, and resources.
- Maintain organised inventory and logistics readiness.
- Support instructor onboarding and rostering.
- Monitor CRM data accuracy and assist with enrolments and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficient program execution.
Customer Success:
- Provide timely and friendly support via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Onboard schools and build positive relationships with education partners.
- Track enrolments and support school communications to meet targets.
- Gather and respond to feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate across teams to support parent and student engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital tools.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in education, training, or a customer-focused role is a bonus.
- Experience with stock management ideal but not essential
- Have own vehicle and current drivers licence
