What this job involves:
Our Operations Manager position provides comprehensive facilities management services for a handful of commercial and industrial properties in the Pennant Hills area with a key focus on hard and soft building services management, service contract and budget management.
A snapshot of the role:
Maintain building presentation standards, including ensuring all items of plant and equipment in the assigned properties are maintained.
Prepare specifications and preventative maintenance schedules.
Assist with preparation and management of a comprehensive capital expenditure budget for each assigned property in conjunction with all internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to and manage ad-hoc requests for repair and maintenance.
Provide a monthly report on any significant issues that affected the property during the previous period in accordance with designated template.

You enjoy building client relationships & have a strong customer service focus. You’ll adopt a goal orientated approach, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously.
It is preferred if you have extensive experience in property / facilities / project management related fields and demonstrate knowledge of building technical services, especially HVAC, fire protection and electrical services.
You will have sound computer skills in Microsoft suite products and remain punctual, well-presented, helpful and reliable at all times.
Confidence, agility and adaptability are key to being successful in this role!
