We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Support Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. In this role, you will be a key enabler of success across the Operations function by developing practical tools, resources, and frameworks that support both national and regional priorities. Acting as the link between strategic intent and on-the-ground execution, you'll play a central role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and clarity across our clinic network.
You’ll lead or support key operational projects, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly enhance clinic performance and team experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong coordination skills, a passion for solving complex problems, and an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the link between vision and execution – translate strategic priorities into streamlined, actionable tools that lift performance at every level.
- Shape how we operate – create and refine processes, templates, and toolkits that standardise and elevate our operational delivery across the business.
- Lead impactful projects – support or drive the rollout of key initiatives that improve the way our clinics function, perform, and grow.
- Unlock efficiency – identify friction points and implement improvements that simplify workflows and enhance clinic experiences.
- Be a trusted partner – collaborate with Operations Managers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure changes are aligned, adopted, and deliver long-term impact.
- Deliver insights that matter – support data-driven decision making by developing meaningful reports and tracking the real-world impact of your work.
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
- Experience in operations, business support within a large multi-site environment
- Outstanding organisational skills and a love for structure and systems
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A background in industries like healthcare, retail, or franchising is a plus
