Customer service experience in retail or healthcare

ABOUT THE ROLE
Optical experience is not required – we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate with a genuine passion for customer care.
- Answering the phone;
- Make and follow-up appointments
- Greeting customers as they walk in the door;
- Data entry;
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
- Assisting patients to choose eye wear that suits their needs and lifestyle
- With time and training, you'll also support frame styling, lens dispensing, and conduct pre-testing using our modern diagnostic equipment
