If you have a refined taste in quality and exceptional service skills, the opportunity awaits to work in one of Sydney's leading Patisseries selling high quality and award winning cakes, desserts, pastries and artisan breads.
We are after a cafe all-rounder (barista skills bonus) to work:
3-4 days per week permanent part-time
Shifts may include Tuesday - Sunday with hours varying between 6.30am - 4.30pm
Excellent service skills are paramount to the position. We require staff who are passionate, keen and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry and who can enjoy selling our products with enthusiasm and a high level of self motivation and integrity.
The position involves opening and set-up, maintaining store display, service and sales, close down, stock rotation daily, greeting customers and taking orders of customised cakes, phone and email orders, food prep, dishes and cleaning as well as use of POS.
We are happy to train and teach enthusiastic and highly motivated applicants who prove to be fast learners and energetic towards all aspects of the job.
Hygiene and food handling training must be maintained to a high level. FSS Certification is a bonus.
Excellent team work is paramount - and a fast paced pressure environment is to be assumed.
