We are currently looking for an experienced technician. who has strong diagnostic skills and repairing background to provide on-site support to our customers. It could be business, retail, or home computer/network problems.
Key Accountabilities:
- Diagnose and resolve problems across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms, as well as their software, hardware, and service product lines.
- Troubleshoot network issues / setting up internet router and wifi extenders
- Repair, install, and configure IT equipment including end user desktops, laptops, printers and network equipment.
- Perform software upgrades to desktops, laptops, tablets, and servers.
- Perform virus detection and removal.
- Ensure proper documentation and use of the ticketing system.
- Keep managers informed of significant problems and unexpected delays.
- Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
- Responsible for managing inventory, processing paperwork and payment.
- Prepare quotes and send invoices when needed

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Experience:
- Computer support, installation, repair and sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:

- Current, valid Victorian driver’s license (Preferred)
