As a Pass Caller, you will be the orchestrator of the kitchen, ensuring timely and precise communication between the chefs and servers. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional multitasking skills will be key to maintaining the high standards of our dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate orders between the kitchen and service staff
- Monitor and ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes
- Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of operations during busy dining hours
- Uphold quality control standards for all dishes leaving the kitchen.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in A La Carte fine dining service, demonstrating a solid understanding of high-end restaurant operations.
- Pass Control Expertise: Confident in managing and controlling the Pass to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organised with a sharp eye for presentation and precision under pressure.
