The Meat & Wine Co Barangaroo is looking for experienced and dedicated bar staff to become part of our professional and hard-working team.
The Role:
- Bar operations - including cocktail making, dispense bar, spirits, tap beer and coffee making skills
- Proven ability to recommend wines to guests and able to upsell through a large wine list
- An understanding of bar procedures and processes, including stock takes, set-up and pack down and cleaning roster
- Contribute a positive influence to an innovative and vibrant team culture
You:
- A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences
- Previous a la carte experience
- Basic cocktail and coffee knowledge
- A current valid RSA
- Advanced communication skills
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- A willingness to undergo further training and development
- Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
