This is a permanent full-time position based in our Brisbane office with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring correct payment of entitlements including bonuses, overtime, penalties, and allowances in line with relevant Enterprise Agreements (EAs).
  • Confidence in interpreting and applying EAs and acting as a reliable contact during their negotiation and development.
  • A track record of implementing process improvements and embedding financial protocols to support compliance and best practice.
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying tax and superannuation legislation to ensure accurate calculations and payments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong systems capability, with experience in Accurri and SAP S/4 Hana highly regarded.
  • A passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
