What you’ll do?
A key role within the People & Culture (P&C) team, our P&C Operations Consultants are responsible for executing all people-related processes efficiently and accurately. In this role you will join an energetic and fun team who deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice and support to partners, managers, and employees.

What you’ll bring
- A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to your work.
- Experience with an HRMS system such as Oracle would be advantageous.
