About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager and supporting a workforce of around 170 staff across SA, you will be the go-to HR professional responsible for:
- Recruitment and workforce planning
- Employee lifecycle management
- Learning & development coordination
- WHS systems implementation
- Culture, engagement and retention initiatives
- Generalist HR support and advice to leaders and staff

What We’re Looking For
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Strong generalist HR knowledge, including Awards, IR, and WHS frameworks
- Confidence to work independently while partnering effectively with leaders and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and warmth
Salary and Conditions
- $90,000 – $95,000 + Super (pro rata for part-time), with progression based on performance
