The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People and Culture Administrator to join our People and Culture team.
In this role, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for new employees across supported TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies on behalf of our Network Partners. You will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions such as onboarding, engagement, and administrative tasks.

This diverse and varied role provides a great opportunity to advance your skills and nurture your generalist nature. This is a 12-month contract role.
What you will do:
Reporting to the TWC Pharmacy Services HR Manager you will:
- Coordinate the employee onboarding process, including preparing new employee documentation, completing employment checks, and ensuring a smooth transition to the group.
- Gather qualifications, rights to work evidence, and completed induction processes from new starters and leaders.
- Administer employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition from the group.
- Assist in the coordination of professional development opportunities for employees, including training sessions and career advancement programs.
- Complete HR reporting and administration support to the People and Culture Team as required.
- Have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities.
What we are looking for:
- Qualifications in Human Resources or currently studying.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about what you do.
