Haileybury is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture Advisor (Workforce Technology & Insights) to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their HR career to gain broad exposure across all areas of People & Culture (P&C)—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, P&C systems, and project support.
As a key member of the P&C team, you’ll work closely with our P&C Business Partners to support operational needs across multiple campuses and portfolio groups, providing both advisory and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. In addition, you will support the P&C Workforce Technology & Insights stream, supporting the internal management, maintenance, and optimisation of P&C systems and workflows. This includes acting as a HRIS (Aurion) support specialist, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, troubleshooting, generating reports to support workforce planning and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Under guidance from the P&C BP provide first-level advice on employee relations matters
- Coordinate recruitment processes and support hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
- Prepare and process documentation across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain and develop HR resources including policies, templates, and process flow charts.
- Act as a HRIS systems support specialist and generate reports to support workforce planning and compliance.
- Support P&C projects and programs in areas such as diversity & inclusion, remuneration, and performance.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate application of industrial instruments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and modern awards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience providing HRIS system support, including data entry, audits, workflow management, and reporting
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
