Your Role:

The a2 Milk Company is seeking a talented People & Culture Business Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing success of our Oracle HCM system and broader P&C technology stack.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a driven and detail-oriented systems expert with a strong background in HRIS, stakeholder engagement, and change management. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience, improving data quality, and enabling process excellence across our global P&C function.
