Job summary
Exciting opportunity for a Pricing Manager within the ANZ region, serving as a key contributor to the APAC Business Desk. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the Pricing and Deal approval processes tailored for the ANZ market. Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating deals, shaping pricing strategies, and safeguarding margins. Collaborating closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams is crucial, extending your impact across EMEA and APAC regions.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Manage Pricing escalations and review Deals with variations in standard setups, specifically tailored for the ANZ market.
- Facilitate business desk reviews with senior cross-functional executives, focusing on ANZ-specific considerations.
- Enforce adherence to standard business processes, rules, and policies, with a regional lens.
- Drive tool utilization and propose enhancements, aligning with ANZ market requirements.
- Provide pricing and deal structure recommendations tailored for the ANZ market during deal development.
- Measure, monitor, and report select performance metrics, with a focus on ANZ market trends.
- Offer Competitive Intelligence on pricing strategies and tactics specific to the ANZ region.
- Monitor large opportunities in the ANZ market and facilitate timely reviews.
- Gather field feedback to provide ANZ-specific guidance on pricing strategies.
- Review and support global promotions with a focus on enhancing value selling in the ANZ region.
Job requirements
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills, tailored for the ANZ market.
- Cultural awareness to support international teams, with a focus on ANZ nuances.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing ANZ market dynamics.
- Understanding of sales/buying cycles and identifying regional sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 365, with ANZ market context.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across functions, with an ANZ focus.
- Ability to analyze information and convey insights clearly for sales effectiveness in the ANZ region.
- Strong ethical awareness and integrity, with a regional perspective in decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience; specifically for ANZ region within IT industry space.
