  • Lead the team in Agile ceremonies and apply MLOps best practices to ensure AI Products meet a high standard of software engineering and operational excellence
  • Lead and manage the delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring processes to manage scope within the timebox
  • Partner with teams across Transurban to align on expectations, strategy, approach, and execution of projects
  • Engage with stakeholders and business owners to ensure AI Products are meeting and/or exceeding expectations
  • Support team members to create development plans and have regular career and development conversations

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

  • Proven experience in leading AI Product Lifecycle and Portfolio Management within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, AI/ML techniques, MLOps practices and Software Engineering principles for robust and safe AI Products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-value AI use-cases aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior business leaders.
  • Experience in emerging AI technologies such as Agentic AI, Multi-Modal LLMs, and Deep Learning
  • Ability to review AI/ML algorithms and contribute code (Python) as required.
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption and change management for AI products across business units.
  • Ability to shape product vision and guide architectural decisions for scalable AI solutions.
  • Experience in benefits realisation, ROI tracking, and operational excellence in AI product delivery.
  • Experience in project governance, financial control, and risk management across AI initiatives.

If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
