Lead the provision of and provide advice on ethical issues and the development of policies and guidelines to educate Managers and staff. Lead the development and delivery of training and ethical conduct. Lead and mange a team performing assessments of complaints of misconduct / corrupt conduct and conducting complex investigations. Build the capability of the Ethics Consultants. Deputise for the Director as needed in consultations with key stakeholders and decision makers as required.
