  • Partnering with IT to roll out a new dashboard or reporting tool
  • Piloting a digital support innovation like digital work management or AI-driven analytics
  • Helping Product Support close the feedback loop between service data and design
  • Leading a project to reduce spares lead time or improve service workflows
  • Coaching a team in Lean or Six Sigma techniques
  • Exploring global best practice in digital transformation and CI methods
  • Building the business case for a new system or process automation initiative

You’ll be hands-on with projects, act as a trusted advisor to leaders, and bring structure, insight, and creativity to how we operate and grow — both locally and globally. You’ll also play a key role in bridging business needs with IT capabilities to ensure technology solutions deliver real impact.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Excited by the potential of tools like AI, automation, IoT and BI to make work easier and smarter
  • Comfortable coaching and facilitating across all levels of the business
  • Energised by solving real business problems, and seeing your work deliver real results
  • Curious, hands-on, and excited to help build a high-performance culture

Experience in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), performance reporting, and systems implementation will be highly regarded, along with your ability to lead projects that deliver measurable, sustained value.
