Your New Role

- You will be tasked with analysing current processes within Fund Services to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement,
design, and document future state processes.
- Engage with business users to capture the existing process and systems used and any suggested improvements.
- Use N

r to visually represent process workflows and identify potential areas of optimisation.
- Capture regulatory obligations,
business rules and
operational controls within the processes and s
tandard
operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure usability of outputs across various stakeholder groups such as Risk and Knowledge Management and Operational/Service teams.
- Translate member journeys into every process for the BAU teams.
What You’ll Need
- At least 3 years’ experience in Process Analyst role with proven experience in business improvement within financial services, preferably with Superannuation experience.
- Good interpersonal skills which foster cooperation and teamwork in a close team environment.
- An ability to work autonomously and pro-actively with minimum supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and an ability to link controls into process design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build effective internal business relationships.
