About the role
Manage the effective development and implementation of procurement governance for Water Corporations Supply Chain. Ensure these through assurance activities across the supply chain to ensure our policies and standards are effective in minimizing supply chain risks. Lead and manage key Supply Chain risks in Modern Slavery and Security of Critical infrastructure.

What you can expect with this role
- Design and execute supply chain governance and assurance programs to evaluate compliance and performance of procurement policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and assessments to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage the annual modern slavery survey of suppliers and the annual modern slavery statement
- Implement and embed the supplier management framework including supplier segmentation
- Develop, revise and align supply chain policies, standards to embed sustainable procurement practices
- Develop and deliver training programs on modern slavery SoCI and supply chain Governance
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Considerable experience in Governance and compliance
- Substantial experience in Source to Contract and contract management
- Considerable experience in Supply Chain risk identification and mitigation
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
- Considerable experience in procedure and standard writing
- Experience in auditing compliance to policies, standards and procedures
