Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Salary range: $90,832 to $100,071 p.a. (AO4)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The People Systems Governance Officer plays a key role in enhancing governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and accessibility of policies, procedures and records. This position oversees updates, drives system improvements, and facilitates critical administrative processes, including employee conversion reviews, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
Tertiary qualification in a human resource management or related field is highly desirable.
A relevant qualification or certification in project management or an understanding of project methodology would be well regarded.
Highly regarded: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities and problem solve, albeit within a team environment, exercising judgement and initiative, to effectively meet deadlines and work towards multiple competing priorities within a governance, compliance or human resources setting.
Highly regarded: Experience in maintaining systems, business activities and requirements necessary to ensure the upkeep of policies and records or handling similar administrative responsibilities.
