We are looking for applicants to join our Global Procurement Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Team in a Specialist HME role to be based in our Perth office.
This key role will lead the commercial relationship with our premier Key Productivity Partner, Komatsu for the Iron Ore business (RTIO). This role is a great opportunity for someone with exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong commercial acumen and deep technical knowledge of HME looking to join a high performing Global Mobile Equipment commercial team.
Reporting to the Principal Advisor, HME – Procurement, some of the duties you will perform are:
Develop and maintain strong, robust and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Follow the Rio Tinto Procurement category management cycle with specific emphasis on contract drafting, contract implementation and category management.
Lead supplier relationship management (SRM) activities with Komatsu to ensure;
