About the role

The Aussie Product Team is responsible for delivering and iterating on products that complement the Australian home loan journey. These products span across General Insurance (Allianz), Asset Finance (Platform Finance), My Protection Plan (ALI), Deposit Bonds (Deposit Assure), and Aussie Conveyancing (Settle Easy).

As a Product Manager, you will work within a cross-functional team including Design, a Team Lead, a Business Analyst, Quality Analyst and Engineers. You’ll drive product discovery, delivery, and ongoing iteration, owning the end-to-end experience and outcomes for the partner product portfolio.

This role calls for strong stakeholder and partner management, solid governance oversight, and the ability to prioritise initiatives by business impact and ROI.

You’ll work closely with existing partners — balancing day-to-day operational needs with building strategic and tactical capabilities that drive growth and unlock more market share. It’s a mix of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, so being comfortable rolling up your sleeves is key.

Based in Sydney: 3 days in our office, 2 days from home.
