YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Join Cm3 as a Product Owner and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery of high-value solutions to our B2B customers. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, agile developers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable product features.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role with potential for extension, based on business needs and performance. If you're passionate about product development and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product backlog for your squad.
  • Translate product initiatives into scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to research and validate user needs.
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to understand pain points and opportunities.
  • Contribute to short- and mid-term product roadmaps and strategy.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure backlog prioritisation and sprint readiness.
  • Support go-to-market activities and ensure launch readiness.
  • Assist in analysing and reporting on key product metrics and KPIs.
  • Foster strong working relationships across delivery and business teams.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an agile SaaS environment.
  • Proven success working with agile product development squads.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and sprint planning.
  • Experience converting customer needs into detailed product requirements.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver outcomes independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Tertiary qualifications (Undergraduate level) in a relevant field.
