Under general guidance the AUS & NZ Project Manager will contribute to the profitability and growth of Ergomotion by managing and expanding our relationship with the customers in Australia and New Zealand to ensure they are well serviced and equipped to expand their success with the Ergomotion product line.
1. Understand the needs of the customer and help them understand the product and product options that will best meet their needs.
2. Liaison with Product, and product managers of all accounts in Australia and New Zealand, to create product designs that respond to the customers market needs and demands and support their competitiveness within the industry.
3. Facilitate communication between Sales, Logistics, Marketing, CS/Warranty and the customer proactively recognizing and addressing potential problems between accounts & retailers in AUS & NZ and Ergomotion.
4. Manage the projects, meeting the demands of the business, prioritizing goals, providing guidance, and creating a high performance cross functional team that successfully achieves annual account objectives.
5. Provide and maintain an accurate list and history of account metrics, including but not limited to product costs, adjustments, pricing, sales, performance against forecast.
6. Provide and maintain pricing documents as established by the APAC territory manager/Director and product details on new product offerings or on improvements/updates to existing product line.
7. In partnership with the customers and planning teams and with Keeson(factory), develop new product launch schedules and build plans. Ensure their successful and timely excution.
8. Facilitate escalated customer service issues between Ergomotion and customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Facilitate the review, preparation and response of RPF and RFQ award.
10. Ensure the product schedules are followed during development. (Keeson/Ergomotion/Customer)
11. Manage product life cycle and implementation of new products into the current product cycle and market launches.
12. Assist with the creation of troubleshooting guides, product specification sheets, and videos for setup and repair of product as needed.
13. Assist and facilitate communication between CS/Warranty department of Ergomotion and the customers and retailers in AUS & NZ to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
14. Facilitate with Marketing as needed to optimize marketing support to the customers/retailers.
15. Attend meetings and training sessions for customers to enhance Ergomotion's visibility within the customers organization and industry.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college preferred or related field plus 5+ years of related industry specific experience.

Pay: $104,500.00 – $110,000.00 per year
