Join our dynamic and supportive team at Uniting Recovery and help deliver vital community-based mental health services for young people aged 12–25.
As a Programs Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support to clinical and operational teams across Uniting Recovery’s community mental health programs, including headspace services.
About you, your experience and skills
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly organised, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks in a busy clinical environment.
- Three (3) or more years’ experience in administration / medical reception
- Experience working in mental health service
- Experience processing invoices and general finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Provide daily administrative support to internal staff, private practitioners, and partners
- Coordinate appointments, process referrals, and manage correspondence
- Support invoicing and general site administration
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality
- Create a welcoming, youth-friendly environment for all visitors
