The Role

We are seeking a dynamic person with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.

This role is supporting the day-to-day administrative duties of our project team in Riverlea, South Australia. This role would suit a hands-on administrator who is looking to add value to our teams by providing quality support and assistance in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Commercial Manager, Finance Manager and Delivery Managers.
• Generate & prepare documentation for Senior Leadership and Clients.
• Support with budget tracking and data entry.
• Organise the mobilisation and demobilisation of resources.
• Assist the Project Team with general administration duties.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• 3-4 years experience within a Project Administration role or similar
• Exposure to civil construction (highly desirable)
• A professional focus and attention to detail is key
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
