About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Assistant to support our Project Director in managing property development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and project support to the Project Director.
- Take accurate meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, reports, and project documentation.
- Liaise with project stakeholders.
- Support in the tracking of budgets and accounts related to property development projects.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience or background in bookkeeping and property development.
- Strong note-taking and documentation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Must hold working rights in Australia
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar assistant role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
