About Us

Globally, energy markets are in transition to a net zero future and the entities within these markets are transforming their underlying business models to ensure that they stay relevant, sustainable and profitable. As one of Australia’s largest energy providers, we are proud of our purpose to lead and accelerate the clean energy transformation for all.

Our ability to deliver on this Purpose will be dependent on our people. Our Operations and Projects team are leading the development and delivery of a wide-ranging portfolio of power generation initiatives, from revitalising conventional coal-fired plants to pioneering cutting-edge technologies like pumped hydro, wind, and large-scale solar. With the flexibility to self-manage projects or collaborate with external engineering, procurement, and construction partners, the team plays a critical role in shaping EnergyAustralia’s transition to a cleaner, smarter energy future.

  • Oversee implementation of audit recommendations, corrective actions, and continuous improvements.
  • Manage project documentation systems and ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate effectively across multicultural, multi-stakeholder environments, aligning diverse practices with EnergyAustralia’s Project Delivery Model.
