Working within a boutique property management company.
This is a fantastic job opportunity! We are looking for a bubbly, positive person with a can-do attitude to join our team. After trial period a vehicle will be supplied.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Day-to-day operations of the property management team
- Provide direct communication with and assistance to tenants
- Respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise
- Procure necessary materials or services for property maintenance, as needed
- Conducting property inspections with prospective tenants.
- Conducting Entry, Exit & Routine inspections
- Working closely with prospective tenants to qualify their suitability and qualify their references.
- Management of tenant enquiries and coordinating inspection times and access.
Qualifications & experience
- Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
- Strong time & organisation management with high attention to detail
- Natural problem solver with an innate sense of initiative
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Must have minimum 12 months Property Management. With current certificate
- Drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,727.25 – $111,877.01 per year
