Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to join our Chinchilla-based team on a fixed-term contract, supporting operations across the Surat Basin.
This is a local role offering stability, career development, and the benefit of being home every night.

Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate reports and correspondence to support project operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality team and broader project teams.
- Maintain and organise quality registers, libraries, and databases.
- Archive project documentation and respond to information requests.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and client requirements. Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years’ site-based experience in a quality or compliance administration role.
- Strong process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and systems.
- Commitment to safety and compliance. Proof of right to work in Australia.
