To ensure we offer consistent services to all clients, the Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for promoting and supporting the quality of work carried out by all National Sales employees.
Some of what you will be doing:
As the Quality Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible for listening to /evaluating customer interactions, analysing, documenting, and reporting on calls. You may also;
- Keep accurate and up to date reports
- Verify through Removal Plan assessment that accurate information is recorded in the Kent Management System
- Review and process all survey cancellations
- Have a thorough command of all Kent Removals and Storage products and offerings, features and benefits as well as accurate costing and quoting
About You
What we hope you have;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including excel
- Works well in a small team supporting each persons workload
- Experience in a quality or compliance role, monitoring call quality or data
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
