Job Description
Grow your career with a global retailer as an Assistant within our National Real Estate team at ALDI Australia, based in Stapylton. This is a permanent full-time position.

Beyond the realms of real estate, you'll also play a pivotal role in the procurement of goods and services for ALDI's internal use and the orchestration of large-scale projects. It's a role that calls for vision, strategy, and a keen understanding of how our physical footprint reflects our corporate identity.

What does the role look like?
- Provide exceptional administrative and project support to the Director - Real Estate
- Assist with collating data and generating reports, briefing packs and other documents to provide key metrics and insights to the Regional Real Estate team
- Ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information, both incoming and outgoing, with internal and external parties
- Record information in SAP and other ALDI software systems to ensure Real Estate records are accurate and up to date
- Provide support on various property related activities including maintaining accurate records and financials for any property related projects
- Processing/management of Property related invoices including investigating invoice discrepancies
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the Property, Finance or Legal industries
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including SharePoint 365)
- Demonstrated experience in SAP & Ariba
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $96,800 - $107,500 including Superannuation
