Our Technology, Real Estate and Commercial Legal team are high-performing individuals that provide legal and strategic advice as well as deal execution capabilities on complex and high-value transactions.
This role will be offered on a 6-12 month contract basis.

What role will you play?
As a real estate lawyer with expertise in corporate leasing and construction arrangements, you will primarily focus on APAC office and retail leasing, construction agreements and general commercial matters.
What you offer
- Admitted to practice in Australia with at least 4 years’ PQE either as an in-house lawyer or in top or mid-tier law firm in the real estate or construction team
- Expertise drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of real estate and construction contracts (including agreements for lease, both commercial and retail leases, surrender and incentive deeds, services agreements, construction agreements and work orders)
- Expertise providing advisory services on real estate and construction matters
- Team player with the desire to provide quality client service to a range of internal clients with a diverse portfolio of local and global projects
- Experience advising on emerging technologies such as natural language systems and generative AI, will be highly regarded.
