In this 12-month temporary position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join our high performing Customer Services team and be responsible for Recall and XENTRY diagnosis administration.

Key duties & responsibilities:
§ Recall administration, mail outs, assisting manager with administrative requirements.
§ Producing Internal and Government reports
§ Keeping records up to date
§ Assisting with XENTRY diagnosis leasing and invoicing as required
What you will need to be successful:
§ Strong eye for detail with compliance in mind at all times.
§ Understanding recall obligations and able to follow set processes.
§ Strong word and Xcel skills.
§ Effective communicator able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a part time position, three days per week 12-month temporary position (pay-rolled through a trusted third party) based at our head office in Mulgrave.
