CMC Lawyers is a well-established law firm seeking a friendly and switched-on Receptionist to join our firm.
The role
To secure this role, you will be required to undertake or possess the following qualities:-
- Sound communication skills both written and verbal
- Answer and distribute calls
- Take clear and concise messages
- Meet and greet visitors
- Arrange refreshments
- Co-ordinate meeting rooms
- Maintain reception and meeting room presentation
- Co-ordinate couriers, mail and deliveries
- Collate and distribute emails
- Enter incoming and outgoing mail
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and confidence
- Trustworthy and organised
- All general ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role, you will have had past experience in reception and have a professional and friendly phone manner.
