Our Sydney office is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our national Reception Team on a full-time or part time basis working 8am – 4:30pm if full time or 8am -1pm M – F if part time. The role

- Greeting visitors and staff upon arrival;
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Meeting room set up;
- Event preparation;
- Organising and set up of catering;
- Stock management and occasional ordering;
- Technology set up;
- Arranging couriers, accepting deliveries;
- Maintaining records;
- Organising the firm information inbox and sending to correct person to action;
- Administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, credit card reconciliation, travel booking, etc.
We are looking for a candidate with
- Strong written and verbal communications skills;
- A happy and professional demeanour with a positive 'can do' attitude;
- Someone who is an enthusiastic and an energetic team player;
- Is likeable, personable and an energy creator;
- Can be reliable and proactive;
- Has intermediate computer skills;
- The ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
