As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll manage front desk operations, provide outstanding customer service, and help ensure our gym runs smoothly each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with memberships
- Gym clean
- Check in members using gym software
- Handle cash/card transactions and manage point-of-sale items (e.g., drinks, merchandise)
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Schedule appointments or classes
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Enforce gym policies in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, approachable, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with gym software is a plus)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role is preferred
- Interest in fitness/wellness
- Must be able to lift weights as part of the gym clean

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
