The Role
This role will be split across Front Office and Housekeeping, with a bit of Kids Club added to the mix!
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Processing guest check-ins and outs and general administration duties
- Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
- Working with children and assisting in operating the Kids entertainment program
- Cleaning and preparing guest accommodations and communal areas
What we look for
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous Front Office experience in a customer facing environment
- Fantastic customer service, particularly interacting with children
- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Current driver's licence essential
