- Clerk Grade 7/8
- Full-time, Temporary - 3 years
- Close to Wynyard station & hybrid work arrangements available
- Coordinate under guidance of Senior Record Coordinator communication to schools to ensure the timely and accurate input, validation and quality assurance of student data, grades, and other credential data into the examination system, ensuring compliance with established timelines and standards.
- Coordinate the review and application of processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of RoSA certificates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to system enhancements to data entry, processing and reporting functions.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A strong ability to manage competing, and conflicting priorities, in a frontline environment while maintaining strong customer service.
- Awareness of the Record of School Achievement and knowledge of the eligibility requirements.
- Proven experience in maintaining and managing the accuracy and integrity of student data and records.
- Experience within balancing operational demands with stakeholder needs, including responding to ad hoc requests and unforeseen issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and leading direct reports.
- Experience with resolving technical issues across key digital platforms.
- Working with children check clearance for paid employment (prior to commencement, not required at the application stage).
- Targeted Question 1: What experience have you had with incidence response and handling that includes cyber security considerations that demonstrates your ability to keep up with current technology practices? And what was your approach in managing communication and information flow between team members and stakeholders regarding this incident?
- Targeted Question 2: Have you ever had to develop or implement new processes or procedures? What was your approach to this? How did you prioritise tasks when deadlines were approaching?
