As our new Recovery Worker, you'll be a crucial part of the recovery journey in our residential programs, working closely with individuals and their clinical care teams. We are looking for a new team member with availability to work according to a rotating roster of weekday shifts.

About the programs

Wellways delivers Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) & the Specialist Residential Rehabilitation Program (SRRP) in partnership with Goulburn Valley Area Mental Health & Wellbeing Service (GVAMH&WS).

These services operate 24/7 and provides a practical environment that facilitates the maintenance of, and / or the development of skills in the domains of daily living, learning, working, social and health. This program provides clinical and psychosocial support to participants and are underpinned by evidence-based best practice.
