About the Position
We are looking to welcome a down-to-earth, proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to join the People and Culture team at Act for Kids and Youthrive.
The role may suit a graduate with some administration experience ready to kick start their HR career or someone keen to work part-time hours over 4-5 days.
- Part time permanent position 22.8 hours per week (worked over 4-5 days).
- Work between home and our Milton office.
- Negotiated salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising job vacancies on internal and external job boards.
- Supporting leaders to manage their job vacancies in the online recruitment system ConnX.
- Act as the main contact for external job boards (e.g. SEEK, Ethical Jobs, Australian Psychological Society etc) and purchase new job packs when required.
- Coordinate the recruitment email inbox and respond efficiently to internal and external enquiries.
- Consult with the People and Culture Advisors, responsible for supporting directorates with recruitment strategies, to ascertain directorate recruitment administration priorities and needs.
About You
- Certificate or Diploma in HR (or similar) preferable but not essential.
- Studying towards or completed Bachelor of HR (or similar) advantageous, as the role may suit a graduate looking to kick start their career in HR.
- Some administration experience, ideally supporting recruitment administration, advantageous but not essential.
- High level attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all written communication essential.
- Effectively manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines whilst showing flexibility and remaining calm.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a WWCC.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legal ability to work in Australia.
- Eligibility to undergo Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2).
