About your new career:
As an Internal Recruitment Specialist, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts. You will continue to drive our business forward along with our talented careers team by ensuring we attract and retain top talent within our industry, while having fun!
Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Deliver exceptional support and partnership to a dedicated portfolio of hiring managers, to ensure recruitment needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Think outside the box and beyond traditional channels and apply innovative and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing strategies that enhance the recruitment process and strategies to drive continuous improvement for outcomes.
- Maintain streamlined, consistent, and compliant recruitment workflows in line with industry best practices.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing organisation that values and rewards achievement.
- Consistently meet recruitment targets by proactively sourcing, screening, and securing high-quality candidates.
- Proven success within a previous internal recruitment position with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Solution focused attitude, respectful and constantly looking at new ways to improve
- The ability to efficiently manage high-volume recruitment while seamlessly prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with JobAdder is advantageous
- Knowledge of the Early Childhood industry is a plus
- Flexibility for ad-hoc travel and on occasions after hours, weekend networking events
