We’re growing our passionate Talent Team following an internal promotion and are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help us shape the future of veterinary care.
In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across our Animal Referral and Emergency Network to recruit Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns into our hospitals. You won’t just fill roles, you’ll help build teams that make a real difference.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist or agency recruiter who’s ready to take the lead on Specialist Veterinary recruitment.
If you come from a GP, specialty, or emergency veterinary background and have a strong network, we’d love to hear from you - even if recruitment isn’t your current gig.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers across diverse portfolios to understand their unique hospital cultures and needs, ensuring every hire is the perfect fit.

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or specialist roles - ideally in veterinary, medical, or similar sectors.
- Strong sourcing strategies tailored to competitive markets.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining a high standard of candidate care.
- Agility in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
- Knowledge of migration and international recruitment (highly regarded but not essential).
- Full-cycle recruitment experience - agency or internal backgrounds welcome.
